Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of analog, digital and power circuitry for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyse analog, digital and power circuitry for our products, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and power efficiency
  • Understand and apply SOC/CPU/GPU architecture principles to guide hardware design decisions
  • Select appropriate SOC/CPU/GPU components based on project requirements and specifications
  • Design high-speed digital systems, considering signal integrity, noise reduction, and power distribution
  • Develop a robust and reliable cable harnessing system to meet automotive and agricultural environments
  • Conduct antenna selection and system interface design for wireless communication capabilities
  • Implement impedance matching techniques to optimize signal transfer and minimize reflections
  • Perform RF tuning and testing to ensure optimal wireless performance and compliance with wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, and GNSS
  • Select and configure microcontrollers, microprocessors, and DSPs, considering target performance, power consumption, and system requirements
  • Design and validate driver circuits for various loads such as relays, solenoid valves and LED arrays
  • Demonstrate proficiency in low-speed and high-speed serial and parallel communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, MIPI, PCIe, DDR and CAN
  • Collaborate with PCB layout designers and board fabricators to create well-organized and manufacturable PCB layouts
  • Conduct signal integrity analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues related to noise, crosstalk, and impedance mismatches
  • Profile the system power consumption and create a power tree to better understand and hence optimise the system’s power consumption
  • Optimise component selection across sub-modules to achieve target product costs, reliability and performance
  • Create designs keeping in mind concepts such as DFM and DFA

Qualifications/Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in analog, digital and power circuit design and analysis
  • Strong understanding of SOC/CPU/GPU architecture and its application in hardware design
  • Experience with high-speed digital system design and signal integrity analysis
  • Familiarity with antenna selection, RF tuning, and wireless communication protocols
  • Proficiency in selecting and configuring microcontrollers, microprocessors, and DSPs
  • Knowledge of serial communication protocols (RS232, RS485, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, MIPI,PCIe and CAN)
  • Experience in PCB layout design and signal integrity analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware-related issues and establish RCA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of crop management, soil health, irrigation, and pest control.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in agriculture, such as drones, sensors, and autonomous machines, would be an advantage.
  • Field experience with farming operations is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and conduct fieldwork.
  • Enthusiasm for technology-driven solutions in agriculture.
  • Willingness to travel to field sites and farms in different locations across the country.

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Junior Agronomist to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture and a strong interest in emerging technologies such as automation, robotics, and precision agriculture. The Junior Agronomist will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers and software developers—to support the development and testing of innovative farming technologies and enhance crop production and farm management practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Agronomic Support
      • Provide technical expertise in crop management, soil science, and plant biology to support agricultural robotics development.
      • Monitor crop health, analyze field data, and identify optimal farming practices to ensure effective testing conditions.
      • Troubleshoot on-ground issues such as pest outbreaks, irrigation system failures, nutrition deficiencies, or process malfunctions, and escalate appropriately.
      • Collect and maintain data on crop performance, soil quality, and other agronomic factors to validate plant health and support testing objectives.
    2. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication
      • Work closely with robotics engineers and testing teams to understand field testing requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to system improvements.
      • Maintain clear and timely communication across internal teams to align agronomic and engineering goals.
    3. Field Operations and Hands-on Support
      • Actively participate in all core farm operations, including sowing, weeding, thinning, cultivation, irrigation, pesticide spraying and mixing, field maintenance, and bed preparation.
      • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support any related on-field or operational activity as needed.
      • Monitor and document plant growth stages and field conditions in alignment with both agronomic best practices and engineering requirements.
    4. Crop Analysis and Reporting
      • Prepare timely and accurate field reports and analyses.
      • Maintain detailed records of field activities, including task progress, material usage, equipment deployment, and any deviations or anomalies.
      • Share findings and provide recommendations to improve agronomic outcomes and assist in system design enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of crop management, soil health, irrigation, and pest control.
    • Familiarity with emerging agri-tech tools such as drones, sensors, and autonomous machines is an advantage.

      Role Description

      The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management, manage budgets and financial reports, and coordinate with different departments to streamline workflow.

      Experience: 5- 8 Years

      Responsibilities

      • Plan, schedule, and supervise the deployment of machines under the FaaS model to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to farmers.
      • Identify and evaluate high-potential operational areas for expanding FaaS offerings based on crop patterns, demand, and market readiness.
      • Manage and support Village-Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and field operators, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to service quality standards, and regular training.
      • Forecast and manage spare parts inventory proactively to ensure timely availability for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
      • Lead pre-season preparedness activities such as farmer awareness meetings, field demonstrations, and demand generation campaigns to build a strong customer base.
      • Coordinate closely with the Head Office (HO) team, providing ground-level insights, executing central strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
      • Monitor daily field operations, track machine performance and utilization, and share structured reports and updates with the HO team for transparency and planning.
      • Oversee collection and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate revenue collection from service users.
